This week Farmville has released a few new items. They can be found below. As for the pet dog, the annoucements says the A small percentage of our users will see the new Golden Retriever Puppy in the Market for varying prices while others will just see coming soon.
However the Dog is not available but it appears it will cost Farmville Cash not Coins to get the puppy when the release is final.

I am not sure I getting any dog for the farmville. It cost Farmville Cash, I will do with out. However, for some users it will prove a nice feature.
